Who’s Who?

Adelaide 

After being lucky enough to fall into a career she loves, Adelaide gained a post graduate diploma in Personnel and Development over 20 years ago; receiving CIPD certification (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). In 2014 she was awarded MCIPD status in recognition of her knowledge and experience. She has developed coaching and mentoring skills to offer clients the ability to be successful in their goals.

Her approachable nature means she is able to win respect at all levels and build healthy relationships. She is passionate about every aspect of supporting and managing people, and enjoys ‘wearing different hats’ dealing with the many facets of HR, focusing on achieving the best results. From dealing with disciplinary situations, interviewing through to project managing and building skills qualifications, Adelaide’s can do attitude inspires those she works with, from junior employees to Board Members. On a 1-2-1 basis Adelaide is adept at guiding individual development.

Adelaide was a member for the HR Panel for the T Level qualifications announced by the Department of Education in September 2018. She is a trained coach, mentor, DISC practitioner and a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Through coaching Adelaide knew she wanted to make it right for you today (and for future generations). She found what makes her tick and is passionate about offering this to others.

Having qualified with The Coaching Academy (accredited by the International Coaching Federation – ICF, of which she is a member) she has mainly worked with people from leaving education upto the age of 35, to find their purpose, life mission, ideal career or wanting alignment.

Fiona 

A proven FD, Fi has spent much of her career taking responsibility for HR Management. With her knowledge of finance and her breadth of experience in general management, Fi is devoted to her role in any organisation in which she’s involved; her bubbly character and general disposition often offers offer a breath of fresh air.

People Management is just one string to her bow. Her finance qualifications means she’s our guru when it comes to employee reward; payroll and benefits form part of skills, in addition to her specialist knowledge of TUPE and redundancy.

Philip

Phil has managed projects in Electrical Engineering and Construction over the course of his career. His transferrable skills, the resilience to build capable teams who want to deliver whilst respecting Health and Safety offers HRsource a resource not confined to the office.

He has the vision to comprehend where change is needed and to develop strategies to tackle issues. Phil builds a rapport with whomever he meets, his sense of humour can relieve situations.
